Infant Explorer
Infant Explorer Program
3 – 12 months
In our Infant Explorer program, we focus on providing a nurturing and sensory-rich environment for our youngest learners. Through gentle interactions and age-appropriate activities, we support the early stages of development, fostering a sense of security and building the foundation for future learning.
Program Objectives and Skills Development
- Sensory Stimulation: Introduce infants to a variety of sensory experiences to aid in cognitive development and exploration.
- Establish Trust: Foster secure attachments with caregivers and create a safe environment for emotional and social development.
- Physical Growth: Encourage gross and fine motor skill development through supervised play and movement activities.
- Language Exposure: Expose infants to language through gentle interactions, songs, and storytelling to lay the groundwork for communication skills.
- Encourage bonding with caregivers and provide opportunities for peer interaction to develop trust and early social skills.
- Support self-soothing techniques and promote independence in basic self-care routines like feeding and hygiene.
- Engage in responsive communication to encourage early language development and enhance non-verbal communication.
